93 old Lady PMB claims not paid 4 months later

My Mother feel and crack her Hop in September 2025 and in Oct 2025 she admitted again for Heart and Lungs Both PMB to date Discovery has not paid the DR refusing to pay for 93 old lady that needed urgent medical attention I have spend hour and hour try to resolve this without luck Discovery will pay for coffee but not claims
