8 months to receive a medical aid card

<p>It has been more than 8 months since I've ordered a card from Discovery Health, after I had advised them that my names had changed. This request was made on 10 May 2016 and after following up, I was advised on 28 May 2016 by Xenophina Pitt that my card was posted and would be received within 2-6 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I still haven't received anything. I have made calls to follow up, I have emailed the service center but to no avail. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm totally disappointed in your service Discovery.</p> <p> </p>
