8 months and no payment

8 months ago my daughter was born at Origin Maternity Hospital. I received numerous authorisation notices drom Discovery and I was told that all was in order from the Hospital and Discovery. Origin charge standard Discovery rates etc etc. Last week I received an email from Origin saying they've tried to claim the money from Discovery for 8 months now but Discovery are just ignoring them and I now I owe them the bill. This is a PMB and by law Discovery have to pay. I was only notified now about it so last week I emailed Discovery with the info from Origin and I was contacted the next day by a consultant who said and investigation would be done. I just recieved and email now saying that the invoice wont be paid because it was submitted too late. Ofcourse it was submitted too late because they've done nothing about it for 8 months and all they did was resubmit it last week.

Very disappointing!
