****** increased premium pricing without notifiying me, also the date of debit order somehow changed and fired off early last month, before I had funds and so this month it fired off double, it ofcourse didn't go through, I was assured my service wouldn't be suspended while you folks sort it out. Literally a few moment later I got notification that my service was now offline, I then subsequently had a bad injury and was forced to cough up in full for my medical bills. I have never once had a smooth claim with you bunch of ****** and end up spending double what it would cost me anyway. I hope you all rot in hell, you don't care about people's health - just profit.
