7 Months later and still no welcome pack
Since October last year i have phoned the call centre multiple times regarding my welcome pack, i was eventually told to phone dischem directly to see if they had it, of course they didn't so i phoned the call center again and i was promised the \manager"would e-mail dischem directly to sort out the matter"
