6 weeks later and no Discovery have not yet decided if PMB treatment is approved

Doctor send a PMB for my daughter to discovery 5 or 6 weeks ago, doctors e-mailed me stating it was approved, but Discovery took the payment from my savings account, when I phoned Discovery they informed me that they have not as yet made a decision as far as I know by law they are not allowed to reject this treatment so what is taking so long? last week I had to phone Discover as they took all the doctors my daughter saw while in hospital they took their payments from my savings account, I had to query and no explanation given this that they will fix it and now this, it seems like they just don't want to pay, and really 6 weeks to discus treatment this is illness we are talking about that needs treatment we need answers and we need them asap what on earth is going on with Discovery??
