6 Months still now answers and now my medical aid has been declined

Still not getting anywhere with Discovery.

My life partner passed away 06 February 2022. I was a member on his medical aid. He worked for ACSA and he had was the main member on the medical aid. I wanted to move to Discovery Key Care after his death because I was financially dependant on my deceased partner. This was never done and I somehow was made main member of my deceased partners medical aid and was held accountable for all fees I tried for months to resolve this !!! To date this has not been resolved.

I got married on 01 September 2022 and wanted to join Discovery as a dependant with my husband.

My application to join discovery was declined due to an amount outstanding for membership.

We waited 2 weeks for a reply

Since this started I have not had a single call from Discovery to try and resolve this
