5 Weeks struggle to get authorisation for custom made AFO

Hi I am left with a leg that is paralysed from the knee downwards. I was issued with a shelve like afo in hospital. For FIVE weeks now, my Prosthetist has been struggling to get authorisation for a CUSTOM made afo! There is NO nappy codes for a CUSTOME made AFO as this product is not existing!!! 5 Weeks now, NO progress on this. You guys keep on saying you need the nappy code. All other codes had been submitted! Now you said again, another 30 days before outcome is given. Do you realise that every day for me is hell to walk as the shelf AFO does not fit the shape of my leg and foot???!!! What else do you expect from us to get this authorisation to proceed with building me this AFO brace??
