I have just experienced the most outstanding service from Allison Mapoe. On 03 March, I called just after 3pm with a request that required input from others and today, before 08:30am, she came back with my issue resolved.

I came through late in the day and she still pushed my request to be resolved in record time.

Her efforts are greatly appreciated.
