5 MONTHS OF A CLAIM NOT SORTED OUT!!!!!!

I have waited almost 5 months for my medical aid claim to be sorted out and paid. In July i left a message on Hello Peter about the issue i had, that must have been the quickest i got ANY response back, also then just again saying it will be sorted out. Now we are on 2 months later and STILL nothing has been sorted In the mean time the Pathologists have handed me over because of the account not being paid. Which i because Discovery CANNOT sort out their system problem that they have and because NO ONE is willing to do the adjustment manually which i was told is an option, but to date NOTHING has been done. I am beyond frustrated with this medical aid and the empty promises from ALL the consultants, Princess, Shanelle,k Reggie, Bianca!! every single once that i spoke to saying it will be sorted or they will follow up and and and. BUT NOTHING. I honestly dont know what to do anymore. CANCEL MY MEDICAL AID??? Will that make a difference... doubt it right ...
