5 months later my baby is still not covered

I took a Discovery Classic Smart plan cover with Sherozaan Shariffa Bezuidenhoudt in February to start in March and at that time I was pregnant. I knew I was not going to be covered for my pregnancy and the birth hence I made my own arrangements for that. I was told that my baby will be covered immediately without waiting periods. All of a sudden I'm being asked for hospital reports and all that stuff and I'm told my baby will not be covered and the waiting periods now apply. Which to me is really an excuse because they don't want to pay out. Now there's a different story on adding my baby on the cover. I have asked for call records where I was actually told about waiting periods and all I get is "crickets" nothing. It's been almost 5 months now and still my baby is not covered. I am getting calls every day and being threatened to be blacklisted. If I knew this is how they play people I wasn't even gonna take the cover.
