5 months and still no membership pack. Pathetic service

I joined this medical aid scheme in January. I was told I would receive my membership pack (membership cards and car stickers) 2 weeks from when I joined. I keep sending emails to the service and new applications departments asking when am I going to get my membership pack. Somebody called me in March and said they will courier my membership pack to my house, and I asked that he rather courier it to my work place. A month went by and I didn’t receive anything. I sent another email to them stating that I still haven’t received my membership cards and their response was “Thank you for updating your details with us recently. Your amended membership card/s will be posted to you shortly.” Another month has gone by and I still haven’t received my membership ship pack. I joined in January 2019, it’s now May 2019 and nobody is bothering to send me my membership pack. Stop treating people like you are giving them your services for free!! You’re pathetic
