5 month application process

<p>In January 2017 I submitted a form to apply for medical aid with discovery and mainly for the reasons that our company works with discovery.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been sent from pillar to post since then to a point where I had to reapply all together again. I was asked to do a medical report which I did and there were queries which I went back to do all this at my own expense. Today after 5 months I get a call to go back to the Dr and the Dr to fill in one more question in which will be at my own expense. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please note they have been deducting money from my account for a medical aid I am supposedly still in the application process. </p> <p> </p> <p>All I need is to know if my application is approved or declined. Worst experience at the application level which is making me very skeptical about using this health insurance. </p>
