4months long application still not approved.

After 4 months my son is still not in my medical aid. We were blessed with a son on 23/03/2015 and I the father app**** for him to be added on my membership. They did not add him and the hospital was threatening that we will pay them cash if the baby is not registered in 30days after birth. When the mother follow up they said she cant follow up because she is not the main member. 3 days before the 30th day she added the baby on her membership to avoid paying hospital bill from our pockets. I then re app**** as my son is supposed to be on my medical aid not the mother's.i app**** again and I was told I should reapply as it is after 3 months the baby in not a new born anymore. The i app**** as dependent then was told they cannot add him as he is on his mother's, she need to withdraw him from hers so he can be added on mine. She did withdraw him on hers but my son is still not added on my membership. We have more than 10 reference numbers of this case but no solution.
