40 year old woman required to remove 4 impacted wisdoms in chair or pay herself

I have been a member for years. I chose this plan as I have 100% hospital cover. I have recently found out that I have 4 severely impacted Wisdom Teeth. This came about after I had taken 5 courses of antibiotics this year. I am 40 years old and a female - DISCOVERY SAY DO IT IN THE CHAIR OR PAY R6000.00 yourself. The entire quote is only about R6300.00. When I joined this was certainly not the case and I would love to know when this changed ??? I would also love to know when Discovery medical aid went into the torture business as removing 4 severely impacted Wisdom teeth in a chair certainly is. I wonder if I get the next infection and it spreads to for instance my brain and I am admitted if I also have to pay the R6000.00 upfront - you Discovery are a farce - I have never had any pleasant interactions with you - although you have one with my bank account every month. I am launching a Social Media campaign detailing what you expect me to go through.
