4 weeks waiting for feedback
Been waiting for a month to get new membership. 3 times they sent the wrong forms. Says turnaround time is 48 hrs. NEVER calls back. Ive5 spent about R50 on airtime calling THEM. ALWAYS a new excuse. They are the best option for me at this stage. Cheapest rate for umemployed person. I needed cover as from 1 Aug. NO COVER. Very dissatisfied
