4 months non delivery of approved chemo

I have been waiting 4 months (since Nov 2014) for my chemotherapy drugs. They were authorised in Nov and the Medical Controls Council was involved. They arrived in the country beginning Jan 2015 and since then, there's been a paperwork trail of nightmares. When I requested an escalation of this claim, the case manager didn't sort it out or even bother to call me. <br> <br> Today I received an email stating the claim has been denied yet again over an admin issue. The claims manager - I was only given his first name as Bongani - was supposed to contact me during this morning but has not done so and seems to be sitting in his chair as an \untouchable"with a title. <br> <br> I don't care about the admin procedures that have to happen for me to get my authorised drugs"
