4 Months later query still unsolved and no feedback received.

I logged a query with discovery 4 months ago and to this day my query has not been resolved nor has anyone gotten back to me with any feedback. I am being transferred from one department to the next and when I ask to speak to a manager I am told the manager is on leave and they would have to log another inquiry for someone to call me back. I have spent so much money on airtime having to constantly call for any sort of update or feedback and then I do speak to someone all they can tell me is that it have been escalated again and they don’t have any feedback for me and they will call me back with feedback. I don’t ever received call back with feedback and it a constant run around about the same thing over and over again. It is such an inconvenience and extra expensive on myself to have to follow with people that is suppose to be doing their jobs. And conveniently there isn’t a manager to speak to. It’s been 4 months and you want to tell me you have absolutely no feedback to give to me. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional. I have never had a bad experience with discovery but this is very disappointing. I starting to think it’s a good time to switch Medical Aid seeing as I have been getting so much messages from different medical aids.
