4 Months later and still nothing

This issue is now becoming ridiculous and still no assistance from Alexander Forbes Nor discovery.<br> I have taken out memberships for my Parents who were already part of discovery Medical aid, this membership went active on the 01/01/2015 however no membership cards were received to date. I requested cards once again on the 27/02/2015 and i got a confirmation mail saying it will be sent to me but discovery has failed to send the cards once again <br> <br> Please HELP
