36000 rand later .....

Dear Discovery ,

I understand that the claim is now declined. But please can you explain to me, what exactly am i paying for because the claim I submitted is 36000 rand and my medical aid saving for the year is 4500 in total. Even is i had my entire year saving available to me, it would only cover 12.5% of the total procedure. Was this the intention of discovery from the start to only cover money that "I accumulated for the year ", which is actually my own money from my saving ?

What part of dental cover does discovery cover on the coastal saver , zero, the why am i paying you for medical aid ? I completely understand that i need to contribute to my medical aid every month but how is that my medical aid " Discovery does don't cover any part towards dental cover at all".
