35 weeks pregnant, we pay monthly fee, discovery stopped suddenly our health insurance

Since 2015 we are member of loyal paying clients of Discovery Health. In May 2017 we upgraded the program and from then on everything went wrong. High bills were taken of our bank account and in the call centre nobody could really explain what the bills were exactly for and why they were so high (apparently one of the payments didn't come through and they did not inform us that the insurance would stop). For 2 months we made twice per week phone calls and got every time a different person from the call centre who couldn't explain us what was going on. Our broker was not really helping either. Last week my wife was admitted in the hospital and it turned out we were not insured, Discovery stopped our account already 5 months ago, even though they still take a monthly fee from our account.

STRESS increases!! My wife is 35 weeks pregnant now and not being insured means that we cannot go to the private health sector. Discovery does not want to reinstall the insurance because it is more than 90 days after they stopped. To start a new program will mean that my wife will not be insured because she is pregnant already....and they still keep on taking the monthly fee from our account.

The time ticks, again we have to wait for response from them, from the finance department this time....but there is no time to loose, we need to get back on our program by yesterday!!!

Please your help, we are desperate!
