30 minutes on the phone - and still no answer to question

<p>I am transferring my mom to my own medical aid and all i want to know is exactly what she is covered for during her 3 months general waiting period. Offer letter states that its PMB, she has chronic hypertension which I am told she will be covered for. But I want to know when she goes to the the doctor and consults for hypertension to get her meds (like she does every month); will that be covered? Is it under benefits or under MSA.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please let me know ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also, a suggestion is that please ensure that your contact centre agents are properly trained. I was put on hold for very long because they are trying to get the answer from someone else. This was not a good experience. In one call I spoke to 3 agents I think - and still no answer. Just pillar to post.</p>
