3 months pregnant and very stressed!!!

I am on the essential Dynamic plan. I am currently pregnant with twins. I activated my maternity benefit before seeing a gynecologiy. Now in December 2024 they did my blood works for the first time. It was rejected for cover because they do not pay for that. The last consultant returned or logged a query to find out why they did not pay since the test is very important during the pregnancy. i mean they should check if the twins have down syndrome or not. This test is done with every first time test. I received a letter of demand from the lab and when i follow up with discovery they still tell me is not covered. Why are they calling it a maternity benefit if that test is not covered? do they want me to have twins with down syndrome and milk me for specialist fees or what? i am very upset. So basically the plan is for hospitalization. I am not even certain anymore if i will receive cover for both kids since they cut corners when it comes to paying for important things. I am lodging a complaint with my employer to change the medical aid to something else because a lot of colleagues are complaining but paying a lot. Guys please recommend another medical aid that is better for my buck
