3 months of empty promises

I made an application to add a dependant in Septermber 2015 and in October i made a call to request the medical aid card and a promose was made that it is going to be delivered and it was not delivered. I made another call and a promise was made that it was going to be delivered at home in KwaZulu-Natal since i was on holidays. I was told that is going to be a door to door parcel. To my suprise i got a call from a courrier company requesting me to come and collect a card in a small town that is 30 kms away from home and i declined because that was not the agreement. I called discovery again and this time a promise was made that they are going to follow it with the corrier company and come back to me. That was two weeks ago and i am still waiting. I am sick and tired of this and i do not understand why is so complicated to delivery the card or at least come back to me as per promise.
