3 Months later and I still waiting for my card

I got an sms on the 24th Feb 2014 saying I will receive my membership card within two weeks. 3 months down the line I still haven`t received it. Every time I call the call centre department I get false promises, today I had to run around our office receptions as I was told by one of discovery agents that my card has been delivered at my office. I asked everyone from security guards to receptionist and no one got the delivery, I then called discovery health to ask for the courier name and I was told they will call me back, I was on the phone for about 20 minutes with no valid reasons as to where my card is. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED IN THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I GOT. BY THE WAY I AM STILL WAITING FOR AN AGENT TO CALL ME BACK .
