3 MONTHS AND STILL NO CARD

I changed my medical aid plan in January 2015, and immediately called the call center to request a new card. I was told by the agent that my card will be delivered to me in 6 weeks to an address that I gave the agent. It is now 3 months, and I have had no card. I called today and spoke to a lady by the name of Nokx. She advised me that it was posted to my old home address where I no longer reside. She says that it will take another 6 weeks before this card is couriered to me and should there be an emergency, I must carry along my certificate. Who on earth remembers to carry a CERTIFICATE in a case of an emergency. I don't understand the level of customer service Discovery withholds as the leading medical aid company in SA. The attitude and personality of their staff are beyond PATHETIC, she sighs on the phone when I merely question her about my card. I am paying for a service, the least you guys can do, is give me my DAMN CARD!!!
