3 month query outstanding

I'm actually growing tired of having to complain about this unbelievably pathetic company.<br> <br> My 3 month query is still unresolved. The amount of R950 has not been paid to the doctor. <br> Get your Ex-Gratia team together and PAY MY ACCOUNT!!!<br> <br> Why do I pay your company almost R36000 a year for these benefits if it takes you months to resolve a SIMPLE claim query!!!<br> <br> In conclusion MONEY IS FAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! <br> <br> Don't come back with excuses that its there's a process etc etc because this is now the 6th complaint I've laid about the same issue.
