3 INCREASES IN A FEW MONTHS

I have never been more disappointed in a company. I got 3 increases from my medical aid in a space of a few months. discovery does not care about their clients well being at all. They are sucking us dry, then when you mention that you have no correspondence they make you a **** saying that they have been trying to contact you.

WITHIN A SPACE OF A FEW MONTHS I HAD 3 INCREASES AND I WAS TOLD BY AN AGENT THAT THE COMPANY WAS BEING CONSIDERATE TOWARDS THEIR CLIENTS, HOW IS THIS CONSIRATE WHEN YOU INCREASE IN OCT AGAIN IN APRIL AND THEN AGAIN WITH INCOME VERIFICATION?

this is utterly ridiculous especially since we are not even covered for everything on this plan yet the amount keeps increasing and the benefits are only becoming less.

can someone please explain this
