2022 Medical Aid Tax Certificate unavailable from Discovery Health

We pay our Discovery medical aid monthly fees and yet Discovery are unable to provide their members with tax certificates for the 2022 year. The tax season opens on 1st July 2022, and I cannot file my tax return fully without my Medical Aid tax certificate.
