200% increase unacceptable

I am not happy about the R3247 deduction for Dec which is 200% increase, how is that possible, I have been paying R1127 and now is R3247 an additional amount of R2120 that is too much and unacceptable, I want my money to be reversed and would like to cancel this medical aid membership number ***0 ID number *** and on the 28th August 2023 i had a complained about it as i was paying but my daughter couldn't use it ,i really don't understand why this huge increase. I need someone to cancel this and reverse my money
