2 motivational letters, 2 weeks later and nothing

blood clots close to the lung 8/10 years ago. On the 1July it was confirmed that I was pregnant and my doctors were worried as this means there is a high chance I will get blood clots which may lead to a miscarriage. This was confirmed by both my GP 01 July & my Gyne 14 July. Both wrote&sent motivational letters to assist me with getting cover. I was informed after my first call that Discovery is busy & under staffed and it will take 5-7working days. On seven working days I called in to find out a result & they informed me it has been escalated to another department and will take 5-7working days. On day 5 I phoned in & they informed me they have marked it as urgent. So 17 July just before 17:00 that it has been escalated & will take 5-7working Days as it was with the wrong department. AGAIN! The 20July I phoned in and spoke with Faieza & she spoke to the \correct"department where they have now informed me I need to get blood tests to motivate. When I was at the doctors they did a blood test to see blood type & pregnancy. I started the Clexane as soon as possible. getting old test results can only be done through a doctor. Ive been with Discovery this whole time"
