100% cover ????? Bull****

My wife has given birth on the 21st November 2017 and discovery has paid the agreed amount to the Gynaecologist of R3440.10 and I am liable for the differance what the hell do they do with the money i pay them on a monthly basis. They claim these specialist are claiming to much, surely it does not cost R3440.10 to deliver a baby. The Anesthesiologist whose claim is R4400 and apparently he is claiming to much as well as they did not even settle half of that bill. The paediatrician, also a shortfall but once again they probably claimed too much as well. Seriously Discovery it is not even worth it being a member anymore
