Your online query function in the web site not working - again! Response to submission attempts is: "Something went wrong while sending your query. Please try again later' Trying to get help via the following text: Hello. Requesting help to change nominated GP detail from Dr Henry Martin to Dr EC Schutz: Practice # *** I tried to do so last week Monday/Tuesday but got nowhere seemingly just moving in circles in the web site and probs compounded by non-/late receipt of OTPs due to my mail ISP doing system maintenance on both days. I have changed something to read Dr Schutz already, prior to this required change but can't recall what is was for. A call to guide will be appreciated. Please Note: I am at home all day today but tomorrow & Wednesday will only be available in the afternoons. Thank you
