1 months for a pre-assessment!3 weeks for a claim!

I do not know what more to do! My husband is having surgery in 2 months and have been waiting over a month for Discovery to get back to me for a pre-assessment so we know what we are up against! Then I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a claim to be reimbursed as I keep getting pushed from pillar to post when we finally get to the bottom of it a week ago I am still waiting for my money!!!!! WHat are we paying thousands of rands a month for!!!!
