1 Month and counting......

Hi, I have been following up on the same query for over a month filled with many broken promises along the way, whether it be someone will call me or that you will reply to an email within 48 hours or that money will reflect in my bank account within 5 business days. None of these "promises" has been kept once. I know you might be seeing a high number of queries during the time but rather tell me that than promising things that will never happen. The word urgent seems to carry as much weight as the words maybe we will and maybe we won't.
