Discovery Group Risk - Global Education Protector

Following the death of my husband in Dec 2018, I was very relieved to learn that his Discovery Group Risk policy included the Global Education Protector

Much to my surprise, though, it seems that the Discovery Group Risk is not there to help but only to complicate your life. I have suffered endless problems when claiming tuition fees just about EVERY YEAR since. At one stage I even had to pay the tuition fees myself and wait for Discovery Group Risk to reach a final decision to pay said claim. If I had waited for their decision and eventual payment my daughter would have extended her studies with an additional year, as the payment was only made after the enrollment date. On the latest claim, I have been communicating with Discovery Group Risk since August 2020 Every time they request additional paperwork, I have comp**** and submitted the paperwork. To date they have not ascertained whether the latest claim is in fact a valid claim and as such has not confirmed that the claim will even be paid. I submitted the last information and documents requested on 02/11/2020. Since then I have communicated via phone calls, emails etc. Still ... to date no confirmation from Discovery Group Risk on the "authenticity" of the claim And also it seems that feedback is not part of the service rendered by Discovery Group Risk

In short, not a good experience And VERY poor customer service
