Discovery GEP is useless

Discovery has again failed to make payment on my son's tuition held by their trust, 2024 has started and my son is denied access to schooling because Discovery GEP has again not mde payment for 2023 and the school is already expecting payment for 2024, he did not even receive a report card due to this. Discovery ask for a last report to make payment but the school refused as the tuition was already 12months behind, earlier on they asked for a detailed invoice claiming i sent a proforma invoice, its like they keep shifting the ball with the requirements to delay payment.
