Bad service

Every year t's a nightmare to deal with Discovery to claim for my kids education plan. The excuse that I'm getting this year is that they cannot get through to the schools but when I can the schools, I get a response. I'm really frustrated, the forms were submitted in Jan and Feb and now next week the schools are closing for end of first term, and still no payments. I do not recommend Discovery at all. Please look at other service providers for education plans.
