Discovery Financial Consultants (DFC) - *********** Consultant

We have been contacted by DFC (Discovery Financial Consultants) by a consultant Coenie Bester ********** we were in need to sort out our Discovery Investment and Life Insurance Products. After him assisting us with new updated RA products for myself and my Wife, I have been paying for a new RA product and a year later none of my original RA's funds have been transferred into the new Product and that was the initial instruction to the consultant obviously not not have multiple RA products by the same company, my Wife's "new" RA was not activated for a year (after he sent us numerous documents to sign and and, which should have been completed the first time correctly he did not know what needed to be signed and what else was required and no follow up in the same year's period to remind / ensure everything was in good order after signing). Needless to say, after contacting him numerous times, he still had not gotten it right? My old RA's funds have not gained a any interest for whole year and no funds have been transferred from the old product into the new. He keeps on telling us we need to wait for financial year end and then some story about a Section 14 and and, he can just not get it right...

Can you please assist, we have also sent a complain directly to Discovery's Investment department but I think everyone needs to know that the "Specialized" team of consultants at DFC are really nothing special and they don't know what they are doing with everyone's hard earned monies....
