Rude Sister nurse and heartbreaking service

I went to hamberg today and I am pregnant ,first time Mother, I recently moved to Grobler park, today it was my check up date and I have previously booked with a local community clinic so I have a pregnancy card, I went to discoverers clinic today cause I was not far and I didn't know that I had to go to princess clinic or Roodepoort, so this nurse with short hair was Sooo rude and told me that I should go to princess after waiting in the que for 2 hours, she didn't care I explained to her in new in the area and I didn't know that process and again it's a government clinic ,I mean she could have assisted me and actually told me that next appointment I should go there , but instead she told me to go without even thinking I am using my last money to come to the clinic ,she didn't even care , I had you go back not knowing where is this princess clinic ,I am using public transport,it's alot f Mooney to use , I had painful cramps in the morning and diarrhoea and wanted to speak to the nurses about it but I was denied that opportunity, I cried because people who are there to help us don't actually do it , I'm a first time Mother and I don't know what to expect , npiw I have you borrow money to get the other clinic tomorrow or Friday ,

I'm really not happy with what I experienced at that clinic with that Sister nurse , Pasha or something like that.
