Poor service

I went to the hospital earlier on stating my back is in massive pains , I can't walk for too long or stand either sit for too long...I've experienced these massive back pains before but this time the only difference is standing , walking or sitting for a long period of time...the lady just told me im not an emergency I should come on Monday , she didn't even have a name tag on i dont know who she is...I just needed assistance nothing much...I was there around 11...so I needed to be bleeding so I could be assisted?
