Driving cars plot ****s with their clients!!!
Discover cars does not give a damn over their clients!! I raised an issue that their client (Thrifty) has not paid back our deposit refund, it’s been 2 weeks now I still don’t have a response!!! And this is going into my second month since that car was booked and returned (13-17 Feb) Today I called thrifty and what a terrible service also!! They said I must contact the agent but the agent is not the one who took the deposit. So what I can say is thrifty and discover cars have an agreement to rob clients then share the money, I mean what other explanation there is to this **** that’s going on!!

The agencies have a period of up to 30 days after the drop-off of the vehicle to return the deposit amount. In some rare cases, the amount is not returned in time due to transaction problems or other factors.

Even your stupid agent did say it’s 14 days… the awareness I need to raise over discover cars and thrifty just multipled, I need a thread on tweeter regarding all of this, highlighting the line that speaks about the period of the return of the deposit and what you have just said. Your level of customer service is apauling!
