DO NOT book car rental with these people
DO NOT book car rental with these people, they advertise "free cancellation", and "24/7 support" but when you cancel they got stories, and if you phone the support number a recording tells you to email their support, and they only respond a week later!! I paid R3800 for a rental and I got the dates wrong so immediately after paying I canceled to re-book the correct dates, and they gave me only R800 credit towards my next booking! I will never book with them again so even that is lost!! I WANT MY FULL REFUND People, don't be caught!
