Dishonest car rental booking engine - deposit paid does not get refunded!!!!
Absolutely terrible experience with Discovercars.com... DO NOT use them - go directly to the car rental company or you will end up paying a deposit TWICE!! I paid a deposit to them on the 12th August for a car rental which was honoured by Hertz and they have not refunded the deposit yet. Hertz also charged a deposit when we collected the vehicle, which Hertz refunded and now Discovercars.com will not refund the deposit we paid them. This is a very dishonest company - be warned!!
