Beware of hidden fees
Beware of hidden fees. When I got to the counter my price was $300 higher. Said taxes and fees where not included in the price. **** these guys. Beware!

I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating and upsetting it was to arrive at the rental desk and be told the total would be about $300 higher than you expected. A surprise increase at pickup can ruin the start of a trip, and I understand why you’d feel misled.

These should be listed in the “Rental Conditions” and/or on your voucher, but we know they’re not always easy to spot, and if something wasn’t shown correctly or the desk charged something that wasn’t applicable, we definitely want to check it.
