Read the Contract- don't be late!!

Read the Contract. Discover Car Hire took $241 USD for 1 months PREPAID rental in Spain because I was more than 2 hours late for my booking because of a flight delay. I had to pay Avis/Budget another $241 USD to rent the car. So this car cost me $482USD. In addition if you are more than 29 minutes late (I was NOT) they can charge you additional fees. I wish I had booked through Avis/Budget rather than trying to save $30 by booking through a third party with no vesyed interst in keeping my business or helping me.
