Unacceptable Service and Customer relations

My motor vehicle was up for a service . So the above Supplier was recommended. Upon quotation turned out there was many things that need to be done including a service. I allowed the works to be done. When my car returned , the service was completed but my car came back with a terrible vibration . Took the car back and the vibration was fixed up but then it came back with a terrible clanking noise. Took the car back again and then came back with an external oil leak. Took the car back and now it has this ********** sound when you ease of the clutch in 1st gear. When the vehicle was taken back to have it checked for the now external oil leak , we were met with hostility. We were told that it was our fault the leak is there as we were not patient . So how patient must i be for my car to come back with all these things when all i wanted was a service done on the car . The manager seem irate and spoke all over us. However when a man came in to the workshop he was ever so pleasant . Is this **************? When confronted with this the Manager started raising his voice which seemed like admission of guilt . I had it out with them and obviously they deny everything. Not Impressed.
