Amazing service
Such great service! I ordered my textbooks on the 6th of August and my books got delivered on a the 8th of August.. which was a SUNDAY! Usually I would never get delivery on a Sunday without paying extra but you guys sure know customer care! Will definitely be purchasing my books through you guys going forward!

Glad you received it speedily in spite of the taxi violence in Cape Town. Although we try very hard to process and dispatch your order the same day if sent before 2 PM, we don't promise overnight delivery as there is a remote possibility of delay from the time it leaves our hands to our couriers hands to your hands. Many times couriers cannot deliver as nobody is home or recipients not answering their phone. We prefer under promising and over delivering so that we have a happy customer like you.
