Discount Stone terrible quality work and bad service

We paid a LOT of money cash for new granite countertops in our kitchen. Not only did they do a really bad quality job, they also wouldn't come back to fix it after several phone calls.

There are huge gaps between the backsplashes and countertops because the countertops are uneven and the joints of the countertops and backsplashes are uneven, because the countertops were longer than the backsplashes, even though they were cut from the exact same slab of granite.

They keep promising to come back and fix things, then just don't pitch up. Eventually they stopped answering our calls and it ended with the manager putting the phone down in my ear after he told me they are not going to do anything about it because we are asking them to come back and fix things too much and they have a lot of other work to do.

The man in charge of the workers on site (Jacques) very clearly kept lying to his manager as well about what was discussed and what happened, and the manager took his side and put the phone down in my ear...and now we have a badly done kitchen and they are simply not going to do anything about it.
