Poor service

I have order 2 x 750ml gordon's gin on the 12th July after the President announced the alcohol ban with the immediate effect, and by that time i wasn't aware until the next day when i heard on the news.

i phoned the number on the website so i can get the refund and that was on Wed the 15th and again on the 16th and i was asked to sent the order numbers and banking details to the owner via whatapp - ***. since then i havent receive my refund nor feedback. I'm the only one that keeps asking. Today its the 22nd still nothing. I'm really not happy about their service
